The Theme for this week is: Prepping Your Kitchen, Your Body, and Your Mind

Welcome to the PURE program!  We are excited to get started!  This week we are going to learn a lot about the plant-based, whole-foods diet and you will be taking a close look at your kitchen.  Some things you will want to remove and some things you will want to add in. You will have a choice of taking it slow with a plan that includes animal products or opt in for a 100% plantbased plan from as of week one. 

​

Along with the changes to the kitchen, we will also take a look at what is motivating you to switch to a plant-based, whole-foods diet and what goals you want to set for yourself while in this program.

​

If you have opted to join our Facebook group, don’t forget to check in this week! Sharing your goals, your successes, and your setbacks helps to make you all stronger in your commitments. You never know, someone else in the group might have a great idea you may not have considered.
