The Theme for this week is: Preparing Food, Movement, and Mindfulness
How did your first week go? Was it hard for you to begin the switch to whole-foods or did you breeze through the week? There is no wrong answer! This week we are going to go over some different options for preparing your food. We will also talk about improving your movement. Not only does what you eat matter, but how you move also matters. Last, we will go in to mindfulness with some fun exercises to get you in the habit of mindfulness!
Don’t forget to check in with your online community this week! Sharing your goals, your successes, and your setbacks helps to make you all stronger in your commitments. You never know, someone else might have a great idea you may not have considered.
