Welcome to Week 3! This week we are going to talk about seasonal eating and low cost meals. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be expensive! We are also going to begin journaling this week. If you have never journaled before, you will find that there are many benefits to journaling. Lastly, we are going to talk about the when, the where, and the why of walking! Let’s have an amazing week!
