Welcome to Week 10! This week is all about self-care! I know it's hard with the expectations of society to take some time for yourself but self-care is hugely important for your overall success. If you are overly tired, burned out, or running low on energy, a little bit of self-care can be just what you need to keep going.
We will also take a look at your schedule and see where you might be able to fit in a little bit of self care.
Don't forget to check in with your online community this week! Sharing your goals, your successes, and your setbacks helps to make you all stronger in your commitments. You never know, someone else might have a great idea you may not have considered.
