Welcome to Week 91 This week we are going to cover Stress and Stimulation! With any diet change, there are bound to be a few hurdles that lead to increased stress. Regular life can throw you for a loop as well and we will help you to learn to balance that stress.
 
We are also going to talk about caffeine. Whether you are the occasional caffeine drinker or the 'I have to have my coffee to survive the day' caffeine drinker, we will talk about what caffeine does to your body.
 
Don't forget to check in with your online community this week! Sharing your goals, your successes, and your setbacks helps to make you all stronger in your commitments. You never know, someone else might have a great idea you may not have considered.
