Welcome to Week 4!  This week will be a fun one!  Not only will we start with some kitchen tips such as juicing, blending, and more, but we are also going to talk about FUN itself!  There are so many ways to have fun and we want you to find out what that is for you.  You will also try something new this week.  We can’t wait to find out what that will be!

Don’t forget to check in with your online community this week! Sharing your goals, your successes, and your setbacks helps to make you all stronger in your commitments. You never know, someone else might have a great idea you may not have considered.
