Welcome to Week 11! How much water do you typically drink each day? This week, we are going to learn about different types of water and look at how much water you drink. What you eat is just as important as what you drink.

 
We also will be taking a look at your home this week. That might surprise you but a pure diet can also translate to the home as well. Have you ever considered everything in your home that might not be beneficial to your health? We will go through your home, room by room, and take a look at these various elements.

 
Don't forget to check in with your online community this week1 Sharing your goals, your successes, and your setbacks helps to make you all stronger in your commitments. You never know, someone else might have a great idea you may not have considered.
