Welcome to Week 8! How do you feel so far? Are you loving the changes? This week we are going to touch on your motivations. Understanding what motivates you will help you to be successful with your current and future goals.
 
We are also going to get crafty with Vision Boards! If you've never made a vision board, they are quite a lot of fun! They are also an amazing tool to maintaining your progress and forward momentum.
 
Don't forget to check in with your online community this week! Sharing your goals, your successes, and your setbacks helps to make you all stronger in your commitments. You never know, someone else might have a great idea you may not have considered.
