Weeks 5 and 6
Welcome to Week Five and Six!
These are very important weeks, and my favorites. This week’s theme is the power of the mind/body connection.
Your mind is at the root of your self-healing. Regardless of how nutritious you eat and how often you exercise, if your mindset is tainted, then your health will be weak.
However, on the contrary, you can think a healthy body into existence with a healthy mindset.
This week, I’ll teach you some of my favorite rituals that will boost your mental wellbeing. Consult eBook Weeks 5 and 6 and make sure you’re following your suggested meals and daily schedule and reflecting in your Food Diary.
By the end of this week, you will have done the following:
•Discovered the power of the mind/body connection
•Integrated movement, deep breathing, affirmations, and release rituals into your schedule
Take this week to reflect on your life. Are there areas where you feel overwhelmed? Digestion is not just about chewing more….digestion is about digesting life.
Take time to put yourself first. Too often we do not take time for ourselves and then we feel burned out.
Journal this week. Write down 5 ways you can put your needs first.
